The ACADEMIA REWARDS TEAM program is a completely transparent system. Gratitude for engaged, high-quality and creative work is now materialized in aesthetic badges made of precious metals – bronze, silver, gold and white gold with a diamond.
The distinction of the types of precious metals used is related to the level of rank awarded to a distinguished employee. The ACADEMIA REWARDS TEAM program includes four levels:
The top employee of the month
receives a bronze emblem
The best employee of 3 months
receives a silver emblem
The best employee of the semester
gets a gold emblem
The best employee for nine months
receives a white gold emblem with a diamond
