It’s very important not to part ways with the people you love while traveling
That’s why we’re always happy to welcome your four-legged friends. The ACADEMIA collection of villas has everything you need and more to make your trip with your pet easy and comfortable.
We’ve not only provided the standard set of amenities, but have also prepared nearby walking routes, a list of pet stores, and a list of pet-friendly cafes and restaurants to make your stay as convenient as possible.
Our concierge service is always ready to help:
• take your pet for a walk,
• feed them at the right time,
• schedule a grooming appointment or a vet visit.
In addition, we offer our guests special rates on professional grooming and veterinary care services from our partners.
We are happy to accommodate cats and dogs of any weight, but no more than one pet per room.
No special certificates or documents are required.
Together with the «Four Paws» pet store chain, we have put together kits containing all the necessary supplies,
so you can rest assured that your stay with your beloved pet will be comfortable:
• a comfortable bed,
• bowls for water and food,
• a hygiene kit and treats.

Deposit: 5 000 rub (refundable after the room is inspected)
