To earn miles, sign up for the Academia loyalty program and enter your Aeroflot Bonus card number when making a reservation.

MILES EARNED PROGRAM TERMS:

• 300 miles for each night stayed in Standard, Studio, Deluxe, Apartment, and Superior (Upgraded) rooms
• For each night stayed in “Junior Suite” and “One-Bedroom Suite” rooms – 500 miles
• For each night’s stay in “Suite,” “Two-Bedroom Suite,” and “Panoramic Suite” room categories – 700 miles
• For each night’s stay in “Residence” category rooms – 1,000 miles
• Miles are credited exclusively for stays at the Academia Shuvalov Mansion, Academia Teplov Mansion, and Academia Vasilyevsky hotels
• Miles are credited when booking a stay directly with the hotels via the official website, by phone, or by email as listed in the “Contacts” section of the website
• If two or more “Aeroflot Bonus” program members stay in the same room, miles are credited to the card of only one of the members
• The maximum number of nights eligible for mileage accrual at any hotel in the chain is 14 nights
• Miles are not accrued when selecting the “Long Stay” rate
• Miles are not earned for the purchase of any additional services, including food and beverage services at hotel restaurants, except for services included in the room rate
• Mileage accrual cannot be combined with hotel promotions and/or special offers, except for discounts on accommodation under the “Lowest Price,” “No Breakfast,” and “Breakfast Included” rates
• Miles are earned when a hotel loyalty program discount is applied simultaneously
• Miles are earned when a promo code is used
• Miles are credited within 14 days after check-out from the hotel.
