Brand chef Ilya Kharchenko has created a varied breakfast menu especially for guests of the boutique hotel. It includes all the most popular and foolproof items: cheese pancakes with strawberry sauce, oatmeal with apple compote, or scrambled eggs with truffles and shrimp — all prepared with love and attention.
