It has all the most favorite and win-win positions: soft-boiled eggs with malt bread, vegetable salad and bacon; porridge with berries; croissants with trout and cottage cheese cream; sweet pancakes. And even hearty author’s ramen. There is no fussy buffet, when you have to catch the moment before the food gets cold. We prepare dishes with love and attention from under the knife, so that they retain freshness, flavor and the right texture. Just like in the best restaurant traditions!

Restaurant’s brand-chef Ilya Kharchenko created a unique menu based on the idea of rethinking classics. Simplicity of forms is combined with depth of taste, and each ingredient remains recognizable, but sounds fresh and unexpected. The philosophy of the kitchen is based on the principle of full involvement «we do everything ourselves». This applies to absolutely everything — from sauces and preparations, to bread and chips and even cottage cheese. Behind every dish is real handiwork, love for craft and care for the guest.

Brand Chef Bartender’s philosophy is based on minimalist aesthetics, depth of flavor and meaningfulness. He uses clarification, fermentation and sous-vide techniques to achieve richness and expressiveness of flavor, working exclusively with natural ingredients. His cocktails are not just drinks, but an extension of the interior, concept and atmosphere of the establishment. Most importantly, they reflect the guest’s individuality. Each choice takes the form of a quiet self-expression, and a cocktail is a personal story told at the right moment.
Restaurant interior
In the mansion of Count A. P. Shuvalov we recreated the interiors of the 20th century, preserving the historical atmosphere with modern accents.
